      We asked EpiSoft to create a web-based Case Record Form entry system and database for a large, complex, international clinical study. Although we had a complete protocol, we needed EpiSoft to adapt this to CRF format, in a user-friendly and clinician-understandable way.

      EpiSoft have created an outstanding, customised electronic CRF for our multicentre study, based at St Vincent's Hospital but used by multiple centres around Australia and overseas. Their flexibility and response to our demanding specifications has been rapid, creative and on the mark. We wanted an interactive, integrated data capturing sytem that would allow us to record, monitor and audit the trial progress with minimal fuss. EpiSoft's previous technical experience, and their receptivity to our needs, has been instrumental in delivering a system that elegantly incorporates the study's micro- and macro-management aspects.

      I was introduced to the EpiSoft team two years ago as part of a collaborative effort to design and establish a clinical software tool for managing patients with Crohn's Disease.
